1.6 RR Questions

I've been doing my reasearch on 1.6 roller rockers.

A lot of guys like Crane Gold and GMPP. However, these are aluminum, and I've heard aluminum get bashed on here.

My L98 is virtually stock. Are the Comp Cams (CCA-1318-16) any good?

I've read that i need to get the ARP rocker studs if I go this route. Exactly which studs (part number please!) do I need?

Also, is my engine set up for push in or screw in rocker studs? If its push in, can I have it modified to work with the ARP screw in bolts?

Finally, should I have the valve springs replaced? (My engine has just over 51 or 52K on it.) If so, what springs should they be replaced with?

Any other modifications/replacements while I'm at it?

If they're the stock heads, my understanding is that they're press-in studs - and yes, they can be modified, you just need to pull the heads, pull the studs, tap the heads for the screw-in studs, & reassemble all of it...
