THERE IS A WHHOLE LOT OF COOLANT LEAKING INTO MY PASSENGER FEET AREA ONLY WHEN THE CAR IS ON THO......

Pretty ordinary thing, Happens all the time to people who type in ALL-CAPS LIKE THEY'RE SCREAMING AT EVERYBODY. 
Your car though, needs a heater core. Costs about $30, takes maybe 2 hrs to replace, if you don't try to take any "shortcuts" (which as usual, will make it take longer and will probably screw something up).

YEAH, IF IT'S LEAKING COOLANT ON THE PASS. SIDE FOOTWELL IT CAN ONLY BE A BAD HEATER CORE.
