So i bought this car to drive around with and continue building on it. But first week i got it the starter and flexplate broke!
I took it to the shop they fixed it and i took it home, it wouldnt start again. Had it towed back and waited for them to fix it told me it was 200 bucks and that the mechanic spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem, he found that the starter needed to be rewired and fix it. IF IT NEEDED TO BE REWIRED IT WOULD HAVE NEVER STARTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I fought and fought getting no where so i came back later in the day paid for the car and drove it home. Eventually i came to the conclusion that it probally was a poorly charged battery, because the battery is dieing more and more now every time i start it. So i wanted to install some headers on the car that i bought thinking everything was finally alrite for a while...headers dont fit exactly! dammit put the old one back on...ok clogged the holes that were origonaly filled with some contraption for backpressure im guessing because i took the contraption off. Start the car, oops put the spark plug wires on the wronge spot...after correcting that I put it into reverse to back out my driveway and what do you know...a snapping near the tranny area and the car is no longer moving just sitting their revving.
Shifter linkage? Some thing wronge in the tranny? Gears broke to hell? I DONNO but i do kno that shop ****ed me over yet again because they mention something about transmission linkage on the phone when they called me to pick up the phone. I never had a problem with it b4! WHAT CAN I DO? I need to find a good mechanic in Raleigh Nc area fast so i can get this car fixed.

All i know is i need this car running by monday for school and work...i think its just something to do with the shifter linkage but it could be more that shop totaly ruined my last 2 weeks...
