Switching out Speedo's

I have a 92 RS with a 110 speedometer and im looking at buying a IROC 145MPH speedometer I was wandering if someone could tell me if I can just hook it up and go or if there is any re-calibration needed. Also I cant seem to find this "Prominator" for sale anywhere. Thanks!
