Does any one know if a 1979 drivers side exhaust manifold would match the stock Y-pipe from a 91?

Both from camaros just different years a 79 or earlier on a 91

Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
It will most likely fit on the engine, may even fit within the chassis, but the chances of it lining up with the y-pipe are slim to none.
