Ok so I go out today to advance my timing from 6* to 8*. Now its damp today. This happens everytime it rains or get damp out the car does not want to start. When I first started the motor it would barley hold idle and then choke and die. Running really crappy. Then I went and got some more gas because the car was running low. The carb is getting plenty of fuel but I have to pump the gas like crazy and turn the starter to keep the engine even running. Usually when the car sits in the sun for a day or so or the weather gets better the problem goes away.Usually in the rain she wont start at all.
