cheater panel for fuel pump

I am tired of pulling tank to replace fuel pump can someone tell me how and where to cut a cheater panel to replace the fuel pump much easier

SEARCH! its been dicussed many times. And besides your going to have to take out the gas tank to cut the hole anywas.
