wow your missing almost everything!!!!
from a quick glance, i noticed that theres no alternator, no water pump, and the belts are all missing!
i would first suggest maybe a new engine? thats just me tho
----------
never mind i spotted the water pump, just missin the belts... try a site like fbodymotorsports for alot of oem parts
----------
i think with a little work this could be a sweet ride, any auto mechanic shop will be able to replace all the vacuum lines for you and maybe give you a quick tune up, autozone or w/e will have the belts for you, fbodyms has replacement alternators and other bolt ons, and w/e else you think you need the mechanics will be able to assist you

many of them are crap emissions things that you dont really need unless you plan on bring your car to inspection, i know that the 2 hoses that run along the front on top of the fan cover are for the ac compressor, so if you want ac, then youll need those, i dont recommend it... the only real hoses you need are the small ones that run up near the carb and in the back by the distributor
----------
oh yeah and duh, my bad, the ones that run into the intake manifold and such, a qualified mechanic will be able to run you by what you need

From the looks of it, you're missing pretty much every vacuum hose, emissions equipment, most of the electrical stuff, coolant line, etc. The motor itself could probably use a tear down and inspection - it looks rather weathered.
I think it would be easier (depending on how mechanically inclined you are) to just go ahead and remove every component under the hood and build up from the barebone engine. If you're good with cars, you could probably study hose routings, electrical wiring diagrams, etc, and figure out what you're missing.
