Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 308

bogging with secondaries

I have a 350,64cc dart 2.02/1.60 180cc heads,10:1 comp, comp cams xe284 cam,holley street dominator single plane intake,holley 700dp,shorty headers,5 speed.OK so my problem is when the secondaries open it bogs and sputters.I have tried changing jets,power valves,and shooters.Is it the pump cam?It has a white one on primary and brown on sec.what jets should I run?Shooters?
