I don't know everthing about my car yet but I am trying to learn. Did IROC camaros come with an aluminum intake manifold? The only reason why I ask is because my friend has an 1986 pickup 305 with a stock aluminum manifold but that is probably because it was a cop package. Also I would like to know before I got one because I don't want to have a new manifold and then I find mine is already aluminum. Thanks Its a stock 305 4bbl.

billions of 305 trucks got the aluminum intake with the 4bbl as well

police has nothing to do with it

pop the hood on any '80-86 4bbl chevy truck especially a c-10 and it will be aluminum if its original


they also got the 4416 heads as well


GM wasnt into much diversity in the 80s

in the 80s only two sbc engine sizes were available

the 305 and the 350
