manual vs automatic brakelight switch

automatic brakelight switch has one more connector than the manual one

whats the difference

im swapping from automatic to manual, so, i can just leave one of the things disconnected on the switch and it'll be good still?

sure, its not going to hurt anything. All it did was kill power to the TCC lockup solenoid when you hit the brakes...
