Are these lunati rods??

Ok i've got a set of rods out of my 406. But i'm not sure what brand they are. They are defenetly aftermarket rods. They have 7/16 12 point cap bolts with Lunati ARP stamped on them. Now as for the rod it just has a USA and a B1 stamped on one side and thats it. I called Lunati and they said those bolt are made specifically for their rods. The motor was built back around in 95-96, did Lunati not stamp their name in to their rods back then?? Thanks for an input

Re: Are these lunati rods??

if the bolts say arp and lunati then the bolts were made for lunati ...just like scat's arp hardware says scat on it... probably a safe bet that the rods are also from lunati... the couldnt tell you one way or the other based on the B1 casting?

Re: Are these lunati rods??

No, i mentioned the B1 casting a few times and they still didnt say much about it. The way they described the pro mod rod was, one side should have lunati stamped in and on the other side should be a USA and some other numbers or letters but small. Also the sides are real smooth like they were machined. Now for the street race rod they described them to be the exact appearance as a stock sbc rod. Now the rods I have are machined on the sides and are slightly thicker on the beam itself, but what stumps me is if they are lunati rods why isnt their name on them??
