Electric Dual Fan Problems

Hooking stuff back up after the motor swap, I seem to have an empty plug that comes from the dual fan setup (Spal). The fan runs 2 different clumps of wires off it's harness. One is going into the actual engine harness, what appears to be coming into the firewall (Pass side) and then there is this plug labeled PAD. Here is a picture of the plug.

Where exactly does this go? I can't find anything anywhere to plug into and I haven't seen the fans turn on yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow, did I mis-click the wrong forum.

A mod mind moving this to General Tech?
