broken bolt HELP!!!!!!

broken bolt HELP!!!!!!

broke bolt off today removing exhaust manifold,tried to drill and use screw extractor broke extractor off in broken bolt. both bolt and extractor broke off smooth with head can't drill out extractor to hard.any advise would be helpful!!!!!

Take the head off and take it to a local machine shop. We can either drill it out using a carbide drill or burn it out with an EDM machine.
