Code 32...

Well I finally found out what the code is, code 32, i looked and it has something to do with the EGR but it was to technical for me ..can anyone explain this?

had the same problem with my rs 305, remove the EGR valve. get a hand held vaccum pump. put the egr unit under vaccum. the round disk unit inside should move inward, leave the vaccum hooked up. the disk should remain in position and should hold vacuum. if it doesnt move or hold vaccum it is junk. if that checks out, get a small flashlight and look inside intake manifold. shouldnt see any carbon built up to the extent that it might clog it. if all checks out reassemble. start car and run up to operating temperature. take the vaccum line off of EGR unit and place your thumb on it. rev car up several times you should feel vaccum when you rev the car up. that vaccum line is attached to an electric selinoid that only flows vacuum when needed. the egr only operates in closed loop (engine up to temperature) and at a certain RPM. EGR valve will not operate at idle. be sure to check vaccum lines leading to the EGR seliniod and the vacuum line feed the EGR valve itself. this should be enough information to fix your problem. also, i believe that the ECM checks the EGR operation with the MAP sensor or perhaps your car has a mass airflow, in either case it checks for the change in manifold barometric pressure as the valve opens or closes.

I had the same problem. After testing everything and checking the EGR port only to find it clear, I tracted it down to too cold of a thermoustat (180*). It screwed with the computers stock chip going back and forth between open and closed loop on the EGR circuit after initial warm up throwing a code 32.
Going back to a fact. 192 cured the problem. I originaly suspected the 3" cat back was screwing with the pos. backpressure EGR valve.
