How do I check the flow specs on a set of heads

Ive had a new set of heads for about 3 years and the specs are long lost

I know the port dims, chamber size, and valve size

How can I find the rest of the specs:

Runner length, volume, flow etc

Flow is the important piece, so put 'em on a flow bench.
