Can't get engine to fire up..(long)
Long story. August will be 3 years since I took my car off the road to start this project. I'm nearing the end. I haven't been able to fire my engine up yet to set the timing and begin to tune. I can get it to crank over. I've replaced EVERYTHING except the distributor. Litterally, dizzy rotor and ignition module were the last to get replaced this week. I have my 730 ecm harness repinned to run the $59 code. I've successfully burned a chip and am also able to connect both scannerpro and tunerpro RT to my aldl and both do not indicated any malfuction codes. Just today I had my wife bump my ignition until I felt the #1 cylinder compression start and then rotated the engine over utnil my timing mark lined up with 0deg the dropped my dizzy back in. SO, I thought everything is set. I don't get ANY spark from any of my cap points except when my coil lead is connected to the coil and near my cowl or plenum. I can get anything else, not even a sputter from the engine. I'm looking for ANY input on this. I have tried both my MSD coil and new OEM coil, new acell ignition module and OEM module. My MSD 6AL isn't currently hooked up. I do have 5 autometer guages hooked up. I'm thinking about removing those out of the loop to weed out any potential issues.

86, I'm concentrating on spark only because I've made sure 100% that I have my dizzy installed correctly and can get spark coming off the coil but not the dizzy leads. When I crank over I think I can actually here my injectors wanting to fire but I could be wrong. I'll go to my ECM injector leads and try the actually injector connects with a test light to see what happens when I try to fire her up. I'm so frustrated because I've litterally spent almost 20k over 3 years to get this far and to be this close......
