Im having a no start issue with my 91 GTA, I got spark,has fuel pressure,has compression, I tracked it down to the referance signal from the dist. to the ecm, meter says 1.4 volts on the purple/white wire. I thought i read in a post it needs to be 5 volts is 5 volts correct? noid light on iac connector stays lit no flash,and noid light on injector pulses very weak. would a weak referance voltage in turn send a weak voltage to injector?
