Error code 12 and 44

Error code 12 and 44
Last week had these two errors pop up at the same time. The CEL comes on usually after 10 minutes of average city driving. When I was doing some testing, I would go for a 10-15 minute hard drive after and would not get the CEL (but it would pop up the next day going to work). I have an MSD ignition box and coil and it has been working without errors for a while now, and nothing changed under the hood before getting the errors. Any ideas? Would these two errors be linked somehow? I find it weird that they both triggered at the same time. Possibly faulty connector at the ECM?

12 is not an error.
44 for TPI is a lean exhaust as indicated by the O2. Probably not different for the TBI.
