Engine: 357 swap

Transmission: t5

Axle/Gears: 3.42

Problem with acceleration

I have done a 357 engine swap in my 87 camaro. I have just bought a new 600 cfm edelbrock carb and I am having problems where when I give it a good acceleration as it idles back down, it tries to stall? I can get it to idle otherwise but when I accelerate hard it tries to stall. Any ideas?
