engine stutter?

my formula has been having a problem for a few weeks now. and i only have around 2k miles on my rebuilt 305 tbi.
when i roll up to a stop sign after my car is warmed up, it usually idles around 500rpms. lately, it will stay there, and then drop down to around 200 and almost die, and then jump back up. i was told it was a vacuum leak from an intake manifold gasket, so i replaced that. problem was still there. i was then told it could be because my left injector was running a wierd spray pattern.... so i got new injectors; didnt fix my problem. i pulled apart everything i could and checked all my sensors and none of them looked problematic. my voltage stays around half way up and never changes when the rpms drop, so i dont think its my alternator.

i was just wondering if any one has annny clue what is going on with my car. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: engine studder?

When you checked the spark plugs (as we all know, the first step in checking out a driveability problem where the different cylinders seem to be running differently), what did they look like?

Re: engine studder?

i think i found the problem. i rechecked the wires...... one of them was resting on a header, and it burned a hole through the casing. guess im getting some new wires this week.
