High CO DMV Fail

Hi guys,

need some help, i just bought my 88 Iroc Vert in June and just took it to an emmisions station, failed miserably on the CO. I will post the numbers below. I was thinking the O2 sensor? Car seems to run good, does smell like it is running really rich, the numbers arent even close. help appreciated.

HC: Limit 100, Emmisions: 66 Pass
CO: Limit .32, Emmisions: .91 FAIL
NOX: Limit 700, Emmisions: 156 PASS
