NEW acdelco fuel pump and still long starts!
Please help! 1988 GTA 350 TPI L98 Auto.new fuel pump and filter and it still has a long start.Whats next???fuel regulater maybe??any help would be great.thanks all!

Verify fuel pressure at the TPI inlet. Rent Fuel pressure tester and confirm pressure during start-up. Again, simple stuff first, fuel filter, kinks in the fuel line may prevent adequate fuel delivery.
