305 White smoke coming from valve cover area.

Hey guys, I've had my 1991 Firebird with the 305 TBI since feburary. It hasn't run much as its more or less of a project car.

I went to start it up yesterday and after a short while I noticed a white smoke coming from the passenger side valve cover. I did install some aftermarkets a while ago and I susspect they may be the problem. I am also thinking it could be the EGR valve. Upon further inspection I noticed most of my vacum lines are cracked and one is missing. I belive its the one on the far right side of the TBI going to the EGR Solenoid.

I really hope this is something simple instead of a warped head or bad piston ring. Hope you guys can give me some suggestions. Thanks.

Did you let it get up to operating temp? If No- Likely condensation burning off. If Yes- check your oil for a milkshake. Yes- You have coolant in the oil. No- Leakdown test time.
