hello

i`m from europe (the netherlands)
and my english is not so great but i try to do my best!

i have a camaro iroc-z from 88 with a 305 tpi 5 speed manual
when i start the car (cold or hot) for the first time it shut down!
i must first run in or street than it is okey!
or i must step a few minuts on the gas when i stand still!

i have check the system on vacum leaks but no leaks found
i have check the MAF sensor but they`s okey
i have cleaned up the throttle body but still start problems!

i have hear somewhere that there are any sensors on the engine

( AIG = air iddle ...... or cold start sensor)

is here anybody who can help me to fix this problem??
and do sombody know cheap parts to buy ( sensors)

I would check the fuel filter, TPS sensor voltage, and the fuel pressure at the fuel rails.

hey hello thanks for the answer,but why checking the fuel filter??when i drive a few minuts the engine is okey!only start problems with the first start cold or hot!and what is a TPS sensor????howmuch fuel pressure must the fuel rails have???gr dennis
