CTS is the coolant temp sensor which is causing the code 14 (over 210°F; less than 185 ohms resistance across the sensor pins.)
If your temp gauge is reading normal and the engine is exhibiting no signs of overheating then the CTS is probably faulty.
Fix that first before doing anything else.

dont even bother going back to him... you have blown enough money... stick with this site it will help you solve any problem you could have...
