Serious Problem with new parts

I put some Edelbrock high flow runners and manifold on my 88 TPI 350 trans am and now it is burning so rich that it does not run properly. Everything else, injectors etc., is original. I ordered a BBK adjustable fuel pressure regulator and am hoping that will work but I would seriously appreciate help. Is it not used to getting all of this air now? I have a cold air intake that I put on but maybe it is too restrictive. Someone help me please!

Re: Serious Problem with new parts

my first bet is that your FPR is a bit screwed... have you actually tested your fuel pressure?

Re: Serious Problem with new parts

As far as I know the fuel pressure is good. There is a new fuel pressure sensor on it and then i removed the original pressure regulator to put an adjustable on it, gas spurted out. I know how to drain the rails but I didn't so I could check the pressure.
