can I use 1.6 rocker arms?

If the heads specs says 520 is the max lift and my cam is 515 can I use 1.6 rockers?
If I did my actual lift will be about 550" can I do this without upgrading the springs?
the heads are dart pro 1

I wouldn't... Better to be a bit cautious than to push the limits. Bad things could happen.

1.6's really don't give you enough of a gain in HP to risk it. If you're willing to spend the money on better springs, I'd say go for it, but even then, you're spending a lot of money for very little gain.
