Minimum rocker stud length...

I'm using Comp Pro Magnum roller rockers (7/16" stud) and the matching poly locks. What is the minimum amount (length) of rocker stud I need in the poly lock?

I'm concerned that I do not have enough rocker stud thread in the poly lock. The set screw is almost half way down in the nut. I measured and I have .325" rocker stud thread in the poly lock (out of .575" usable).

I had a bad experience once where the top of a rocker stud snapped off. I think this was the problem then.
