Question...
Last night I went for a cruise, I was going to an amusement park, and got stuck in heavy traffic. While on the way, my Service Engine Soon light came on, and it felt like I lost power, almost like all the cylinders weren't kickin'. The light went off, and everything seemed fine. About 5 minutes later it came on again, for about 2 minutes (Felt the same way) and went off. Once I got stopped in the traffic. (It was absurd!) I could smell either exhaust, or gas, kinda hard to tell. I made it to the amusement park ok. We stayed for a few hours. When I left, the car acted fine. No smells, and the Engine light did not come back on. I'm concerned something might be going wrong. Any suggestions?
I have a 1992 Z28 with a 350 engine, automatic transmission, with flowmasters.
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I take it to my mechanic when I can?

Re: Question...
Go get it scanned to find out what the fault was. You're shooting in the dark trying to figure out what was wrong by guessing.
