Need Help with what I think is my Fuel Pump
Well, I finally figured out what all my problems have been. I had one dead injector and a couple not so healthy. Everyone kept guessing fuel pump and it was everything but. (my pickup coil and egr were shot too). Anyway, it runs like a dream for 2 weeks now. Go outside this morning to start it up and Ive got no fuel pump sound and the car just keeps turning over. Ive done some searching and am unsure on the best way to proceed. I have switched the two relays up front and still nothing. I have also checked the two fuses under the dash that say "f/p", theyre good. Is there anything else I should do before going to the pump. Also, can everyone weigh in on cutting out the floorpan or dropping the whole unit. I have no garage and will be in the driveway alone. As always, thanks in advance for all of the help. Bob

If it's good, get something to drink while changing the fuel pump...

Just a question does the relay ever go bad, It never has for me or anyone i know. Its always the fuel pump. As for cutting up your car i wouldnt unless you put in a nice little door, and dont use a torch LOL.

Thanks everyone. Ive been out of town and away from internet. Can anyone give me a better detail or pic of this fuse. I cant find one, but Im not sure if Im missing it or not. While we're at it, if I have to replace the pump, what is everyone suggestion on type and where to buy. My car is staying stock. At most I could possibly see a cam, but probably not. Thanks
