vaccum routine

hi i did lot of search but didnt find anything...im trying to find where to plug the little vaccum line UNDER the stock TPI throttle body...the very little one....not ilustrated on thin plan

It plugs into the egr solenoid.

thanx i remove egr...(block off plate) what should i do plug it? because i have a brand new rebuilt engine and i have blowby in crank case lt1...in just change the engine because t thought that the problem was the engine but its probapely a crankcase vacum routine problem im thrying to solve it
