I cant rev the car past 4500 in any gear, replaced distributor within 400 miles, coil within 20 miles, spark plug and wires within 50 miles........ideas? i had this on electronics section too but wasnt getting much attention

 

well i drove the car last night to put sme gas in it and just a few minutes ago i went outside to double check the ground wire...it was a little loose so i tightened it up and went to start it to see if that was the cause of it not revving to 6k. Well now it wont start at all.....and the inspection runs out friday...

 

well check all the electrical ignition related stuff to make sure your getting spark.

 

well.....i couldnt start the car....replaced ignition module and now it starts....but its sluggish as hell, major power loss...major ignition problems always with this car......good thing im putting the thing in storage otherwise id put a shotgun to the engine
