TPS ?'s

I ran over all of my work i've done, redid my spark plugs, checked my wires for the 10 millionth time, timed it to 6 btdc like alldata says following their directions to the t, and i'm still hitting a slight jerk, not as severe, when i hit 50. HOw long does it take to check and how do i do it? Also how much for a new one and what do i need to install it>?

The cost varies depending on where you purchase one at... Look at autozone.com

Why didn't you ask this in your other post???

Re: TPS ?'s

The stock ignition timing for an '89 TBI is 0 degrees, w/the EST connector open.

That may be a sign that something else is wrong. Is the engine stock? If so, then it should run OK with stock timing.
