Some guys are tuners to the max and like everything to be perfect. They will most likely tell you that any change you make will need to be tuned.
To maximize all of your mods, this is true.
In my experience, a set of TPI heads and a factory TPI cam make a TBI engine run great with the stock computer. I don't have the part numbers, sorry.

Re: stock computer friendly cams
I was told for a TPI to stay under 210deg @ .050 duration and LSA 112 or higher for a stock computer.
Re: stock computer friendly cams
By FAR, the most common cam upgrade guys do on the TBI motors around here is putting in a stock 93-94 LT1 cam, but it does require some minor changes in the prom. I would have to agree with KrisW, if you used the factory 350 TPI cam, it'd more than likely work with the stock chip. Edelbrock makes a cam that supposedly works with the stock TBI chip, but it's such a weenie cam, it's really not worth the money when you can pick up the stock TPI cams dirt cheap. Make sure not to get a cam from an 86-89, 305 TPI car with auto trans since they got the same cam that's in your motor now, commonly referred to as the "peanut cam".
