head problems???

Car: 1987 Camaro
Engine: 350 dart ies comp cam intake carb
Transmission: 700 r4, shift kit, 2400 stall
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt stock
head problems???
well lately my car has been running a little rough...so i put on new plugs and wires and started driving it, theres a place on my header gasket where it blew and its leaking, after the new wires it ran good then one slipped off and there was a pop, and now there is water spraying out of the exhaust leak on my header and the car runs pretty rough now?
anybody know what this could be, i was thinking a cracked head or blown head gasket since water is coming out???

Could be either one. Only way to know is to pull the head.
