Looking for a combo review and advice!

I'm building an L98 that I will be dropping in an 88 firebird. My goal is to have a solid cruiser and perhaps an occasional race. I'm hoping to get at least 350hp-385hp at the flywheel. In addition, it looks as though I need to use TPI, because of local emissions laws. Well, here it goes:

-stock tpi plenum with 52mm throttle body
-accel 24lb/hr injectors
-Accel high flow intake runners
-scoggin dicky high flow tpi/ vortec intake manifold
-vortec heads (170cc runners, 64cc combustion chamber)
-roughly 9.9:1 compression ratio
-msd 6al ignition/ msd street pro billet distributor
-comp cam 210/220 @ .050" lift (grind #CS 266H-R14)
-1.6 ratio hydraulic roller valve train
-high pressure oiling system (GM stock with Z28 spring)
-keith black sealed power hypereutectic pistons
-long tube headers (1 5/8" at header, 3" at collector)
-3" Y pipe, intermediate pipe, flowmaster 1-in, 2-out dual chamber muffler with turn down tailpipes
-high flow cat
-rebuilt 700r4
-rebuilt 7.5" rear with 3.77 gear

and just to restate what I'm looking for, lots of low-mid range power for solid cruiser that will not race all that much, 350-385hp (I don't want to exceed 400HP because I'm sporting an L98 with 2 bolt main)
