Uh oh, think I snapped something..
OKay so I got a 2.8 firebird. The other day I was driving and it kept shutting off, didn't know why, later on found out it had no oil in it. I have a small oil leak. So i fill it back up with oil and it runs fine, but around 4-5k rpm's, i hear a slight knock. So just about 2 days ago im driving and i get on it, all of a sudden i hear something sounds like a small wrench or something being thrown around in the engine, and i can feel it when I press the clutch in aswell, its fairly loud too. Any idea what happened? Thanks to any help

Pretty clear I would agree....
You blew it up.
The motor is toast. Go tot he junkyard and get another, and this time, check the oil FREQUENTLY.
