car wont start
k so heres the deal i turned my car off and now it wont start. It is an 87 firebird trans am 305 fi. I cant here the fuel pump but i am getting gas to the front. we ran diagnostics and it through code 21 which is the tps so i changed that and the car still wont start. 
any ideas on what it could be? also there is an oil leak in the front of the motor it is not the pan any ideas on that?

you hooked your multi meter to the top and middle wire of the tps and adj to a reading of .54-.56v? for tuned port injection
