Idle/interior lights

I have a 1987 Trans Am with a 334 stroker kit in it. Everything runs great, but the engine idles erratically and kind of high. Also I bought a holly 52mm throttle body for it and it sounds like it is sucking in too much air. I think it's either the TPS or IAC valve, but I'm not sure.
Also when I turn on my headlights, the interior lights do not come on at all. What could be the problem?
