Some pointers on taking the car out of storage?

Some pointers on taking the car out of storage?
As some of you know, I finally got my combo up and running just a month before I had to put it up for winter. I just bought a house and haven't had much time to really do much with the car this winter so it has been sitting in my garage since Nov. I changed the oil after the first 500 miles of driving and its been sitting since. Should I change the oil again even though I haven't run it with the new oil? What are some other precautions I should take pulling her out for the spring?

Did you put in synthetic or regular?
I'd probably drain it anyway. Oil is cheap, chances are it's gotten a little acidy over time anyway.
Pull the plugs and squirt a bit of oil into each cylinder. Clean up the plugs if needed.
Charge up the battery so it's good and full. 10A charger for a day type of thing.
Pour gas into the float bowl so it's nice and full. Prime it (pump the gas a few times until you see fuel squirt out the squirters).
Then start it up and let it come up to temp and continue driving the ______ out of it.

Thanks for the reply Sonix. I figured cranking the motor over starting it would be enough to get oil in all the cylinders instead of pulling the plugs and doing it that way? I run Rotella T 15w40. I'll just buy some new oil and filter.

That oil is a godsend to us with our flat tappet cars. I think I might buy a 20L pail and use that.
Cranking it over will let the rings (bone dry now) scuff up the cylinder walls until it starts to get some oil on it. Many people do that, but when you've put this much money into it, you might as well give it a fighting chance eh?
I might even go to the trouble of draining the oil, removing the valve covers, and pouring the new fresh oil in over the valve springs, and especially down the pushrods (hits the lifters and cam). But on my car, plugs and valve covers are SUPER easy to get to. I figured they would be similar in your case as well?

I have a little red oiling can. Picture pop-eye or some '50s character putting oil into his lawnmower type of deal. Handy little tool. Just squirt a teaspoon of oil into each cylinder through the plug hole. It'll find it's way into useful places.
Then you just pour your gallon of new fresh oil over valve train and pushrods and you're laughing.
