Purge Control Canister Sucking Gas from Tank
My 87 GTA is sucking gas through the fuel line attached to the purge control canister. It is draining out of the bottom of the canister FAST. Any ideas what would cause this? Could the vacuum line from the throttle body area, if clogged, cause this problem?

Your valve is stuck open, purging the system at all times. When this happens you will pull fuel up into the canister.
