Part impossible to find - Vacuum Y Connector

The Y connector on the hose coming from the PCV valve is cracked and I cant find a replacement. It looks like this:
Code:
                                  /"""/ 1/4" O.D.
                                 / /
                  ______________/ /______
TO PCV VALVE <-- / 3/8" O.D. / 3/8" O.D.
/________________________/ --> To Base of Carb
I looked up the part number in the parts catalog and got 472852, but I searched with that number and nothing comes up.

The closest thing the parts stores around here (Kragen, Autozone, Pep Boys) have is one with a 3/16" smaller tube instead of 1/4".

Anyone know where I can find a "Y" hose connector that is 3/8" x 3/8" x 1/4"?

You're in danger of making "much ado about nothing"....

Just get what you can, and use it. Get one of those squeezy kind of hose clamps to hold the line on, if you need it; or put a couple of wraps of electrical tape on it; or use a "T" instead of a "Y" connector; or use a short piece of 3/16" line and a splice to the ¼" line.

Yes I know about CA inspection; I found out all about it when I moved out there with my L69 car. It'll pass by doing ANY of those things I suggested.

Re: Part impossible to find - Vacuum Y Connector

Youre right, I was hessitant to post about not finding the connector since it is pretty insignificant. I bought a package of various connectors and found one that has 3/8" on both ends and a much smaller diameter for the top branch (might be 3/16", not sure). I was able to saw off the end of another 1/4" connector and I was able to slide it over the top branch of the other one and glued it in place. I basically got what I was looking for, but now the top branch has a very small inner diameter. I'm not sure if it causes enough vacuum restriction to affect the operation of vacuum valve thing that hangs in the front of the carb.

Here's a $3 solution. Just get a PCV valve like the one shown below that has the 1/4" hose connection on the other side :
