I need some advise on what to do with this car! It seems every year my car (91 RS 305,5.0) cant seen to pass the emissions test without something failing. Last year I replaced the exhaust from the converter to tail pipe. So far sense last week the car has had three tests and failed because of the fuel being too rich. This year we have replaced the EGR valve, PCV, thermostat, O2 sensor,made sure the oil was changed and all filters where brand new. The test yesterday showed that the HC levels where at 62 ppm and the limit is 55 ppm! Can you PLEASE give me some guidance on what i need to do to get this thing to pass this test? I really do appreciate all your help! Dave
