fuel residue on rear of car

Axle/Gears: 3:73
fuel residue on rear of car
what am I missing. seems car is running super rich, eyes burn when running in the garage for a minute or two and you can see oil/fuel residue on the rear of the car. car runs fine, doesn't seem to load up. any ideas?
