rocker stud torque spec?

rocker stud torque spec?
well im puting together my motor and i am wonder what i should torque the rocker arm studs to? i was thinking 45ft/lbs

that may work, but my AFR head sheet says studs should be torqued to 60 ft/lbs

Factory spec for SBC screw in studs into cast iron heads is 50 pounds.

Check to see if any of the rocker stud holes go through to the intake ports. Lots of aftermarket heads with large intake runners (190cc+) have the stud holes going right through to the intake ports.
If they do, you will have to use some fuel/oil resistant thread sealer on them. I had to do this with my 200cc World/Dart heads.
