Distributor Cover screws?

hey, can anyone tell me what kind of screws do i need to screw this back on the engine??? i think they were torx screws but im not sure what size or thread

The thread is M4 x 0.7. The original screws were 13mm long, had a button head with a T20 recess, and included a special shouldered SEMS washer. You should be able to use any M4 0.7 from 10-15mm and a standard flat washer.

Good luck finding those at places like Homo Depot. You'll need to find a REAL hardware store or specialty distributor like Fastenal.
