Where do these go?(Pics)

I cant figure out where these electrical connectors go and what they are for. Anybody have any ideas?

IF it runs fine, just leave em alone.

By the vids on your photobucket, sounds like you have WAY to much cam for that thing, does it even clear out? Sounds like it was missing in the revs.

It is running a little rough now, egr still has to be hooked up also.

First pic is to the EGR Solenoid, got 2 vacuumlines attached to it, one to the EGR on the intake and the other vacuum goes to the throttlebody..

last pic is IAT sensor under the plenum..
