eecs canister

i went in there to change the filter on it today and was pretty much evaporated and stuck and breaking apart and there was all kinds of sand and gravel and **** in the canister. ive went to autozone and looked on summit and i cannot find an eecs canister. anyone here replaced theres? if so please tell me where you got one at.
