Axle/Gears: 342
no tech: value of 283 head

how much could i sell a set of 283 heads for?
they have new dual valve springs, new valves, guide plates,screw in studs,and they have been shaved at least .10
wanting to sell, but unsure of value.

If they've been shaved 0.10", they're probably scrap metal. 0.010" would be okay.

How much they're worth really depends upon what they are. 1963 2bbl 283 heads aren't going to be worth as much as 1957 fuelie 283 heads. That's because they are only worth anything to somebody doing a numbers-matching restoration.
